WHY DJOG? Often times our urban schedules leave little time to devote to our dogs' fitness needs. Djog is dedicated to providing Seattle's dogs with the daily activity they require.
While you are going about running errands, putting in long hours at your workplace, or busy with young children at home, let one of our dedicated, experienced athletes give your dog a healthy cardiovascular workout, along with fresh air, outdoor fun and social interaction.
Djog offers runs in some of Seattle's most beautiful natural areas as well as in your neighborhood. Whether your best friend needs to lose a few pounds, train for a competition, or just run off some of that energy, we're here to help.
Contact us for a meet-and-greet. One of our dog runners will come to your home for an intital assessment. Based on your dog's health history and current activity level, and your schedule, you and your runner will plan a custom Djog fitness program tailored to your specific needs.
BECAUSE A TIRED DOG
IS A HAPPY DOG!
If your dog prefers to stay closer to home, we'd love to come to your neighborhood for local Djogs. Service includes pick-up, a good run, any necessary muddiness wipe-down, fresh water in the bowl, and a few minutes of play!
For the less fleet-of-paw we offer all of our Djogs as Wogs too! If your dog prefers a leisurely stroll, with a trot or two, or not, a Wog is the way to go!
Call us for a custom Djogging package of exercise and company that suits both your pooch and your busy schedule!
Let's go!
If trail running is your dog's preference, Discovery Park is the place to head! Discovery Park offers 8 miles of trail, featurung woods, hills, sand, grass and great views (although your dog will probably find the abundance of olfactory opportunities more exciting!)
Discovery Park Djogs run between 40 and 60 minutes (sniffing ops), depending on your dog's finess level and ability.
If you are unble to deliver your dog to our meeting spots, we'll pick your pooch up at your home. Service includes any necessary post-Djog muddiness wipe-down, fresh water in the bowl, and a few minutes of play!
Our Golden Gardens Djog is a waterfront run with dog park time. After a scenic two mile run along the Burke-Gilman Trail, it's play time and a ten minute romp with other four-legged fellows.
Golden Gardens Djogs run between 50 and 70 minutes, depending on your dog's finess level and ability.
Potty Djogs For busy professionals we provide home potty breaks for your dog. Breaks are 20 minutes long and include a short walk or run, fresh water in the bowl, and a few minutes of play. Perfect for your new puppy!
Visits If business calls you away from home for a few days, we'll provide company and exercise for your dog. Visits include potty walks, feeding & fresh water for dogs and cats, cat-box cleaning, plant watering, lighting for evening, tidying, pets and play, and we'll bring in your mail. Choose from a two or three visit per day program - one visit including an outing or run!
Customized care solutions We would be happy to work with you to provide solutions for your busy schedule and travel needs. Feel free to ask us about custom packages providing a combination of home care services, transportation and exercise for your dog.
All of Djog's dedicated runners are pet first aid and CPR trained professionals.

Hello and thank you for your interest in Djog Seattle Dog Runners!
My name is Trista Campbell and I am the creator of Djog, and also a dog runner. After 13 adventurous years living Europe, where I worked as a language consultant, coached a children's marathon team, and founded a creative early ESL school, I have returned to my beloved Pacific Northwest. I created Djog to combine two of my passions - the love of dogs and exercising in the great outdoors - and to help you keep your best friend fit and happy!
I hope you have enjoyed reading about the services Djog has to offer, and about our dynamic team of runners. If you'd like to start your dog on a running program, or would like to learn more about us, give us a call at

Coming soon!
Hi! I am a senior at the University of Washington and am studying history. Upon graduation, I hope to enroll in graduate school studying animal behavior and psychology. I have worked with many different types of dogs and animals and have experience in veterinary medicine. I am currently working at a free-range doggy hotel in Sammamish and am one of four student handlers for the University of Washington's live mascot, a malamute named Dubs. I love running and I love dogs, so I can't think of anything else I'd rather be doing than running your dog!
Woofs!

Bonjour! I'm Laura and I graduated from the University of Washington with a French and English major. I will be returning to UW earn my graduate degree in K-8 education this summer, but until then, I am combining two of my loves - dogs and running - with Djog! I have participated in several triathlons and just signed up for my first half marathon, and would love to take your dog out as a running companion! I am also the proud owner of a wildly energetic beagle named Zoe, whom I adopted over two years ago. She has made sure that I stay extremely active - she does not take kindly to a day without a run!
Hello fellow dog lovers!
My name is Hiro Sato and I wanted to share to everyone a little about myself. I was born in Hiroshima, Japan. I graduated from the University of Oregon (for all you Huskies don't hold it against me) and shortly after moved to Seattle,WA. I consider myself a very active and driven individual that loves the outdoors and fortunate to share the same interests as my dog Kuma (red collar in the picture). My ultimate goal is to eventually become a firefighter and compete and complete the Iron Man triathlon. I hope you give me the opportunity to meet and exercise with your furry companion, WOOF!!!
Hello there! My name is Kiara and I run dogs in the West Seattle and Burien neighborhoods. Dogs have been a part of my life since I was a toddler and I have three years of doggie daycare experience. Exercise is very important to me from running to lifting weights to boxing conditioning class and I am excited to combine my love of running with my love of dogs. Aside from dog running I work at a salon and day spa, write poetry, read whenever I get the chance, satisfy my sweet tooth as often as possible with baking, and am a burlesque dancer. I have a wonderful mutt named Dugan who is very easygoing and goofy. I would love to run your furry companion and help to keep them healthy, happy, and tired. A
tired dog is a good dog!
Hey guys! My name is Dani, and I love dogs! But sadly, I had to leave my babies at home with Mom and Dad when I came to Seattle in August to start at the University of Washington. So I want to take your dogs out for a run. When I am not out running around town or working out in my bedroom in wonderful Wedgewood, I can be found making delicious lattes and mochas at Bulldog News or in one of my dance, gymnastics or aerial classes. You may even stumble upon me in a yoga or Pilates studio. I love moving and using my body in fun and interesting ways, but nothing beats the feeling I get out when out on a run. Coming from San Diego, I have fallen in love with the greenery in the Emerald City as well as the mountains and trees. I would rather be outside than inside almost anytime, even in the rain. I will take your four-legged friend out for a game of Who will get tired first? any day, and I do not like to lose.
Djog would like to bid a warm farewell to Brook, who has been a wonderful assistant. She's off to Chicago to dazzle the non-profit world. Best of luck, Brook - they're lucky to have you!
I've been a dog lover since childhood, when I would constantly bring home strays. Luckily, I inherited that big-heartedness from my parents, who were kind enough to let me keep them, and I learned a lot about training and interacting with all different kinds of dogs of various personalities that way. I know your dog is an important member of the family, and I want to help your canine friend feel great! Bring your dog to me, and let this lifelong jogger/ballet dancer give your best friend a high-energy, fun, focused workout running trails and playing catch in the neighborhood parks on Capitol Hill. Because there's nothing like a happy dog lying contentedly at your feet in the evening. And that's exactly what you'll have after your dog spends some time with me.
Woof!
